I got this yesterday because of the hit music that it shows on the front cover. I hate the normal stuff on workouts but this DVD is full of really well known hit music videos and routines to go with them. It can be different every time and because each one lasts only as long as the track it is easy to fit into the time you have. I love it – especially the disco tracks! Highly recommended.

I spent careful time buying the right fitness dvd as a lot of them had very mixed reviews and based on what i saw here, I picked this one. I haven’t regretted it since.
The DVD doesn’t have some z-list celebrity trying to make some cash and patronizing you over how much weight to lose, but just encourages you to learn the routines before dancing them to the whole video and then leading to a full 20/30/40 or 60 minute workouts which were always different as the combination of videos varied.
The 18 various videos made it more fun too, as i felt they all had different range of difficultly so you can learn certain ones whenever you feel ready to go back and learn. Some had longer routines than others, such as the Disco Inferno track was a shorter routine than En Vogue-Free Your Mind but the variation also means you know which ones to choose depending on what you feel like doing. The only trouble with the set up is that doesn’t say which ones are harder/challenging/shorter routines than others BUT you have the fun of finding that out as you have to learn the al sometime!
All the routines are quite varied with some of the dancing in reference to the actual song(you’ll understand when/if you do it), and my only niggle at the routines is the turns/spins-generally one in each routine, but in one or two routines when there are a 2/3 turns/spins I found myself dizzy from it all, but that could have just been myself being to enthusiastic.
I have tried the DVD with my female flat mates and by myself, and either way, I love this DVD and do it a few times a week, enjoying it every time(and so do my flat mates).
A fun, non-patronizing DVD, with a warm up and cool down(on the choose a workout menu) sandwiching great varied routines. Great first Fitness DVD!

I love dance but so many of the fitness dvds are full of rubbish music. This one actually does what it says and the tracks throughout are chart hits. Particularly loved Sugababes, Dannii and All Saints stuff and the disco classics. Good fun for anyone who likes a party style dance workout. GO FOR IT!!!!
