Our Interlocking Floor Guard Mats are ideal for placement under exercise equipment such as treadmills, exercise bikes, multi-gyms and weights benches. The non-slip surface also makes them suitable for yoga and pilates.

Good Solid Gym Mats.,
These are really good mats. Good price for a good product. They are 12mm thick and have a nice bounce to them. I parked my treadmill on these and my floor is scratch free so they work 100%.
The locking mechanism is good too and they take a fair bit of movement to break the seal. If anyone is considering using these for yoga then I highly recommend them. Unlike other mats espousing “made for yoga etc” these do not suffer from being too thin. They will cushion your body on those extreme yoga poses.
